I do not know but I feel so overwhelmed, I do not feel sick ... but I am  in a bad mood only slow  music relaxes me...just a bit..so I put my headphones on and inspire myself....I`ll write u more 2morrow...

    music really relax......and this is my method... for a few minutes my mind is elsewhere.

    you got that right...but sometimes is not enough just listen to music...being next 2 someone who can really understand how you feel in that moment and to whom you can talk to..:))
